For us at Casa Pancole, cleanliness and hygiene have always been a priority to make our guests feel at ease and now more than ever we care to let you know what we are doing to guarantee you maximum safety and allow you to come back to stay at Casa Pancole in complete tranquility to make you relive the relaxation you need.
Structural measures
Your apartment in Casa Pancole has always been all yours, with an independent entrance and private garden, but to guarantee even more security and social distancing, the garden of about 2,000 m2 reserved for you, equipped with comfortable wooden benches in style with the environment surrounding area and the entire area reserved for you is delimited. You will then have the parking space for one car reserved for you.
At Casa Pancole you will find adequate information on anti-Coronavirus prevention measures, which is also understandable for customers of other nationalities.
Check-in / Check-out
For your maximum safety, Check-outs and new Check-ins are at least 72 hours apart; moreover, 24 hours before your Check-In, the apartment is cleaned one last time and sanitized by personnel equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) with a special product based on 0.5% Hydrogen Peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) and Ethyl Alcohol 75%, as indicated by the World Health Organization for Coronavirus sanitation.
Following a Check-List, all the surfaces and everything in the house is scrupulously treated with 0.5% Hydrogen Peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) or 75% Ethyl Alcohol to kill the possible presence of Coronavirus and then the apartment is left to air until your arrival. No other person will enter the apartment after its sanitation except you upon your arrival.
The linen reserved for you is collected in sealed bags from the professional laundry and is always left in the apartment in a sealed bag. You will be the first to touch it upon your arrival.
In the apartment you will find three garbage baskets: one for paper, one for undifferentiated and one for plastic and glass. Outside the apartment you will find a special basket where you can throw away all the PPE you will use during your stay.
For check-in you will find the keys already inserted in the door at the agreed time of your arrival, the contract to be signed to register will be left on the table outside the apartment and you will be able to send us your identification document via WhatsApp.
You will therefore have no close contact with Angela, Riccardo and little Adelaide, although we will remain at your disposal throughout your stay as we live upstairs.
Check-Out is typically requested by 11:00 in the morning, but during the entire period of the Coronavirus Pandemic you will have the right to leave the apartment whenever you want within the day of Check-Out.
This is because after your Check-Out the apartment will be closed for at least 72 hours before being rented to another guest.
At the time of Check-Out, you are obliged to leave all the windows of the apartment open, with mosquito nets and shutters closed to allow the apartment to be ventilated while waiting for the sanitation intervention.
Cancellation policies
You will have the right to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your Check-in without any costs being deducted by Casa Pancole.
Extraordinary services for an extraordinary moment
Under the loggia, before entering the apartment you will find a sanitizing gel dispenser for the hands, disposable gloves, surgical masks and the possibility of leaving your shoes outside the door on a special sanitizing mat based on 0.5% Hydrogen Peroxide.
Inside the apartment you will find antibacterial soap to wash your hands both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. In the bathroom you will find an additional sanitizing hand gel dispenser. To guarantee maximum safety you will not find the classic bottles of shower gel and shampoo.
You will also find at your disposal everything you need to clean the bathroom fixtures and the terracotta floor with a special product.
